Computer Labs
The university's Information Technology Services (ITS) department provides complete management and maintenance for instructional labs used exclusively by Computer Science Program:
Additionally, all CSUCI students have access to an array of services including campus-wide computer access, personal storage, email, personal Web page, and more. Any problem with these services, or with the Unix or Windows labs should be reported to ITS at helpdesk@csuci.edu, or by contacting the Help Desk by phone at 805-437-8552.
In addition, the Computer Science Program maintains additional facilities to accommodate
special needs of computer science faculty and students:
- Networking Lab,
- Embedded Systems Lab,
- several servers in the data hosting center,
- a virtual server hosting on-demand Virtual Machines,
- a variety of computers along with an array of peripherals supporting student projects.
